We bought the multi ticket cruise and London eye and had no problems. The cruise was so good on the customer service front but I have to say that the London eye staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The experience was enjoyable and pods very spacious.
Combined Tickets - its a con
I booked combined river boat cruise and London Eye. I checked availability for The Eye for today BEFORE booking the River Boat. I then go in to book my London Eye slot after paying and ... here's the con .... It gives NO OPTION for a booking today. Bookings only for tomorrow. We'll we're not here tomorrow.

Had combined ticket for Eye and River Cruise. The river cruise was completely spoiled by the tour guide narrator. She spoke too fast, mumbled her words, could barely make out 25% of the commentary. At one point she was crouched on the floor talking to the carpet. Please coach your commentators or at the very least observe them. Wouldn’t go on a cruise with this company ever again. I would also add that anyone with English as their second language would have been hard put to understand anything she said.

Shout out to Tim aka Titan of the Thames!
We combined the river cruise and the London eye. Both were brilliant and really enjoyable.
Tim, our guide on the boat, was absolutely fantastic. Full of fun and enthusiasm. A breath of fresh air when most tours now only offer audio guides.
Not only did Tim deal with the queue of ticketholders before boarding, but proceeded to give a witty but informative tour of London's iconic sights.
Thank you.

We booked fast track tickets for the London Eye, well worth it we skipped the large queues.
We also booked the river cruise, Jordan was the guide and he was brilliant, very funny.
Both are well worth doing and good value.

USEFUL UPDATE
Below is a review from August 2021 (not by me) saying that there is a happy way out of the Multi-ticket scam. Basically, check in with Customer Services and all will be well, either a refund or rebooking.
Well good luck with that! I queued for an age to speak with the sole agent on duty on a peak summer Saturday, only to be told to write in.
Well, that is a nice lot of good when you have a child in tow for rare weekend in London and they are not interested in offering to rebook you - and I doubt writing in would achieve any kind of reponse anyway.
As per my previous, this is the nastiest of apparent scams and lastminute.com are best avoided in every respect. Try reading the frequent letters to Times Money, problem after problem with hopeless Customer Service that usually results in a rip-off result until the Times intervenes.
Lastminute.com's occasional replies to this thread are hilarious. It's always "Roslyn" and she always ignores the actual problem and simply cuts and pastes some irrelevant hype about some other scam you can get involved in.
MY ADVICE, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
DON’T PANIC!
Having booked a multi ticket for the London Eye & Dungeons I found myself in a similar position to others on here .Date and time booked for London Eye, payment taken then directed to a portal to book Dungeons to find no dates and times available for our stay in London.
I contacted Last minute.com London Eye via their website chat forum but unfortunately no resolution offered . I then found and read the reviews below regarding a similar experience and was very concerned. HOWEVER THIS IS NOT A SCAM
Upon arrival at London Eye for our slot I spoke to a representative in their ticket office who immediately contacted a member of their customer service team. They were extremely helpful and immediately assured us that they would refund the Dungeon or change to an alternative attraction.
IMPORTANT! They recommend you do not use any part of your ticket and go to the ticket office to resolve . Using any part of you ticket is a more complicated process but they will still resolve .

Awful service
Awful service.
Didn’t get to go on london eye due to weather conditions.
Tried to arrange to other day and times but chat system didn’t respond and no refund offered when trying to arrange other dates and times when I finally got hold of someone on customer service .
DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY awful awful awful service
Thank you London Eye - great customer service
I received an email from London Eye on the 17th midday ish to tell me that they had taken the difficult decision to close the London Eye today due to Storm Eunice. It was easy to contact them by email to request a reschedule. Thank you London Eye one of all but one companies who have been fantastic in the event of our trip being cancelled in the end due to the storm.

Enjoyable
Bought ticket for London Eye and boat cruise. Enjoyed both and had no hassle with the ticket as other reviews claim. The cruise was especially interesting and entertaining thanks to the guide, Chris (many thanks to her!)
London eye as a gift
got a ticket as a gift for our honeymoon, excellent experience.
Visited the London eye today we really…think more effort should be made to sanitise before and after pod change overs
Visited the London eye today we really enjoyed the views but noticed just before leaving our pod the staff to busy laughing and joking whilst one was meant to be sanitising before it was occupied by more members of the public, he basically ran with a cloth and a spray bottle this surely can’t be called cleaning, another member of staff walked from the top of the banister to the bottom of the banister without spraying or even attempting to clean or sanitise. Surely whilst in the middle of a pandemic this should be done with more effort and not just a money making scheme. Also very little policing on mask wearing even though you are crammed into a pod with about 20 people most who didn’t wear a mask.

Shoddy customer care
Our son recently hired a private pod in order to propose to his partner . Neither sets of parents could be there and I sent several emails asking if there was anyway wine and chocolates could be added . I was willing to pay .I even asked if the items could be given to them as they exited the pod after the ride . On each occasion I received a NO. Covid was quoted on each response and staff restrictions . No extra staff where required a host was not necessary just wanted to make the occasion that bit special . I am astounded that considering the cost and the fact this was a Special event the Lomdoneye could do nothing so assist us I feel this is a really shoddy approach to customer relations and would not recommend to others .

MULTI-TICKET SCAM!
MULTI-TICKET SCAM!
Like others... Bought a multi ticket for London Eye and river cruise at a specific date/time. Once bought only the cruise time was set, the London Eye booking had to be 'modified'. This is when I found that there was no availability for the next 5 days, even though there was availability when checking their website for a new booking. No Refunds available!
Shocking that all attraction times can't be booked when placing the order and I can only presume that this is a ploy to get more revenue from unsuspecting tourists... Judging by the number of reviews concerning this issue.
